Customised Training Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a provider of nationally accredited qualifications.  By being registered with each relevant Department of Education and Training, we are able to meet your training needs.  We are adept at designing Career Development Programs, and with partners and strategic alliances throughout Australia we can deliver both local and national programs.

In only its sixth year of operation, Customised Training's management has over 15 years of experience in RTO operations, and vast experience in university and TAFE lecturing and management.  All our staff are widely experienced in the industry, and highly qualified to provide excellent training solutions.

Our staff will visit your organisation and analyse your training needs to determine particular requirements in upskilling, multi-skilling and training staff. Instructors then design and deliver tailored training plans, customise and contextualise accredited courses, and provide specific on-the-job instruction and assessment to suit the training and development needs of both employers and participants.

We Offer:

  • Corporate training both for accredited training package qualifications and for specifically designed courses.
  • Industry relevant vocational training.
  • Innovative and flexible training solutions.
  • New Apprenticeship Training (Traineeships).
  • School Based New Apprenticeships.
  • Specifically designed short courses.
  • Specialist courses for integration aides, and various courses to train people for roles in schools.
  • Victorian Government Initiatives - Parents Returning To Work Program.

Our Training Delivery Strategy Includes:

  • Training Needs Analysis conducted free of charge, enabling employers to discuss training needs of staff with a specialist who is able to determine workplace learning requirements.

  • In-depth Skills Audits conducted with students to recognise and credit all prior learning (formal and informal) and current competencies.

  • Individual Training Plans designed for each student which recognise the needs of the workplace and the student.

  • Students are visited every 6-8 weeks, and contacted at least once by phone or email in between scheduled visits. Trainers form a rapport with the student, and encourage the students to contact them by phone if assistance is needed. Trainers are happy to help students with assignments after hours, giving a high level of support and encouragement throughout the entire training program. Phone calls are returned to students within 24 hours, and assignments are returned within seven working days.

  • Progress reports are issued every three months to the student and to the employer, if the student wishes to enable all concerned in the training program to keep abreast of progress, modules completed, unfinished work, etc.
