At the moment we have three of our employees completing a Diploma of Building and Construction.

I have personally overseen the course and held discussions with the Trainer, Sarah Martini. I have found that the training has given the staff involved further industry insights and the confidence to move forward in their roles. Sarah has ensured that her delivery style suits the staff she is training and therefore they are getting the most out of the time spent in the training sessions.

I have recently completed  a Certificate IV Training & Assessment course with Customised Training. As a VERY mature aged student, I was a little daunted at first to be back in the classroom. To my delight I discovered not only that the course was stimulating and well put together making it easy for me to follow, but that the majority of my fellow students were also of the same profession, so it was easy to make a connection with everyone.

An added and unforseen bonus was having to learn some new computer skills, which I have also embraced with enthusiasm. At graduation we were able to listen to some highly motivated speakers, and I have discovered a renewed enthusiasm for learning.

Thank you Customised Training, not just for helping me open some new doors in my career, but also for the joy of learning.

I certainly enjoyed being a part of the graduation (as a guest speaker), it was a terrific atmosphere and wonderful too see the excitement on all the students faces and to see them all in their caps and gowns.  

I was also impressed by how many family members and employers were there supporting the students-obviously a very caring and nurturing culture is present within Customised Training.

To further promote my professional responsibilities I decided to undertake my Advanced Diploma Qualification with CTCS.

I chose CTCS as my Registered Training Organisation because they have a great reputation within the community for the content of their course requirements. I successfully obtained my qualification in September 2010. 

I was pleased with the knowledge I gained from the course and have been able to practically implement a range of strategies and approaches to assist me in my current role. 

After such a positive experience I have decided to continue training with CTCS to obtain my Certificate 4 inTraining and Assessment- TAE - which will allow me to gain a wider range of future employment prospects and options.

I recommend this training organisation to anyone wishing to commence training or further promote their professional development witin the Early Childhood sector.

In 2009 I undertook my Diploma of Children’s Services with Customised Training. I found the work place training really suited my needs and enabled me to have a real balance between work and home. I was able to work full time, raise a young family as well as complete my Diploma. My trainer always made herself available, via phone, email and with regular visits to our service. I found all employees at CTCS to be helpful and efficient, this extended from my dealings with the office upon registration, the finance department with my fees and my trainer Kerrie. I was very fortunate and honored that upon completion of my course, my trainer Kerrie along with Sherryn nominated myself for Victorian Student of the year. My experiences with CTCS have been extremely rewarding. I now feel that I have the confidence and determination to continue studying for the remainder of my Adult life. I look forward to starting my Bachelor of Education in 2011. I truly believe that CTCS is a wonderful organisation offering Adults within our local community a realistic opportunity to advance their education, skills and careers.
